Ronald R. Fogleman | CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
General Ron Fogleman retired from the USAF after thirty-four years of active commissioned service. After serving as the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Transportation Command (CINCTRANS), on his final tour of duty he served as the 15th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. As a member of the JCS, he served as a military advisor to the Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council and the President. He has served as a member of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Advisory Council, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory Advisory Board, the Congressional Commission to Assess United States National Security Space Management and Organization and the Defense Policy Board.

General Fogleman is the Chairman of the Board of Tactical Air Support, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Alliant Techsystems, the Lead Director on the Board of AAR Corp, and serves on the boards of Chinook Medical Gear Inc, Acorn Growth Company Aerostructures, First National Bank of Durango, and Thales-Raytheon Systems. He served as the Chairman of the Board of World Airways and has chaired Audit and Governance Committees on the boards of directors for several public companies. He is the founding principal of the B Bar J Cattle and Consulting Company and the Durango Group.

General Fogleman is an active pilot with an extensive background in fighters, mobility aircraft and general aviation. He lectures on leadership, international affairs and military issues and has published numerous articles on air and space operations.
Rolland C. "RC" Thompson | DIRECTOR
RC is the President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for all business aspects of Tactical Air Support, Inc. He served 26 years in the U.S. Navy and four years in the Army. Some of his many assignments and positions included: “Exec” to the Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Commander of an Operational Carrier Air Wing and the Strike Warfare Commander for Operation Enduring Freedom; Commanding Officer of TOPGUN; Director of Training at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC); Operational Command of an F/A-18 squadron; and a tour of duty as a Deputy Director on the Navy Staff dealing with fleet requirements and the budget process. His aviation experience also includes two instructor tours at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) and over 6,500 total flight hours to include 5,500 in fighter aircraft, 1,200 carrier landings while achieving full qualifications in the F/A-18, F-14, F-16, A-7, A-4, and AH-1, with additional experience in the L-29, Mig-17/21 and Mig-29. RC was designated an Army Aviator at the age of 19 and has completed three combat deployments since that time. RC earned a BS degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and an EMBA from the University of Nebraska.
