Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
"Alf" is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst and FA-18 Program Manager for TacAir. He has over 3,500 hours (2,200 in the F/A-18A-D) of operational and adversary experience in the F/A-18 and F-5. Richard is the F/A-18A-D Naval Aviation Technical Information Product (NATIP) Lead responsible for all weapons and internal systems of the F/A-18A-D aircraft. He has flown numerous missions in support of Operation Southern Watch.
Bex
Tactical Systems Analyst
“Rex Roid” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,900 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-F. Bex served as the Training and Standardization Officer for Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL) and as the Tactical Development Director, managing the Navy’s Advanced Tactical Training Program (ATTP) for the east coast. In addition, he was the F/A-18 Radar Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the APG‑65, APG-73 and APG-79. Bex has completed three combat deployments in the F/A-18E and remains current in the Hornet via his affiliation with the U.S. Naval Reserves. Bex flies with Fighter Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC-12) as an adversary pilot.
Kimo
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Retch” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 3,200 flight hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-D and E/F. Kimo served as the Commanding Officer of VFA-31 and the Training Officer of the Navy Strike Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). He is a subject matter expert in air-to-air employment and weapon systems. Kimo has combat experience in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“Skirt” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. Tom has amassed over 1,300 hours of operational and instructional experience in the EA-18G and EA-6B. He is a graduate of the Electronic Attack Weapons School (EAWS) course and a qualified Prowler Tactics Instructor (PTI). Tom was an Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) instructor at EAWS and a recognized communications AEA subject matter expert. Tom continues his affiliation with the US Navy as an active member of the US Naval Reserve assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron One Two Nine Special Augmentation Unit (VAQ-129 SAU) where he serves as a fleet replacement aircrew instructor Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) and Selected Reserve Safety Officer. Tom has completed two combat deployments to Afghanistan since 2004.
Rick
Tactical Systems Analyst
“Dick” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 2,000 flight hours in multiple aircraft including the EA-6B, F/A-18A-F, EA-18G and F-5N. His operational experience includes EA-6B combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan and strategic level employment of the EA-18G along the Korean DMZ. He has trained 14 Carrier Air Wings in preparation for combat deployment as an instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center and was the lead instructor in the development of the EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack Weapons School and Growler Tactics Instructor Course. A triple “patch wearer”, Rick is a Prowler Tactics Instructor, Growler Tactics Instructor and TOPGUN Adversary Instructor. He continues to serve in the Naval Reserve as an adversary with Fighter Composite Squadron Thirteen and an EA-18G Weapons School Instructor, flying both the F-5N and EA-18G.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Semi” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,900 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-D. At Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific (SFWSP), Ron managed the Advanced Tactical Training Program and is a subject matter expert in Air to Ground Employment and Mission Planning. He also served at United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and spearheaded the funding and development of joint service command and control airborne tactical communications focused on integrated fighter support. Ron has completed four operational deployments to Iraq, flying more than 80 combat missions during Operation Southern Watch (OSW) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

Senior Manager for Business Development
“JJ” is a Senior Manager for Business Development for TacAir. He has over 20 years of experience in the USMC as an Aviation Command and Control Officer, Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) and Senior Air Director in both the Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC) and Direct Air Support Center (DASC). His operational tours included combat operations as a Sector Anti Air Warfare Coordinator during Desert Shield/Storm, as well as Western Pacific/Indian Ocean contingency deployments with HMM-262 and HMM-265, as part of the 31st Marine Amphibious Unit. As a TOPGUN (USN Fighter Weapons School) instructor, JJ was responsible for establishing a training program and providing instruction for Air Intercept Controllers in surface and airborne Command and Control platforms, to include the USN Aegis Combat System and E‑2C and the USMC TAOC. He is a graduate of Joint Command and Staff College, USAF Air Command and Staff College, USMC WTI course, and TOPGUN.

“Blute” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,700 flight hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-F. Adam served as the Training Director and Standardization Officer at Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL) as well as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Standoff Weapons and the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System. Adam has completed three operational deployments and remains current in the Hornet via his affiliation with the U.S. Naval Reserve at Fighter Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC-12), where he currently serves as an adversary pilot.

“Ripper” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired U.S. Marine Colonel and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) who has 4,000 hours of operational and instructional experience, nearly all in the F/A-18A-D. Eric had commanded at the squadron and Marine Aircraft Group level in addition to serving as a TOPGUN instructor and Executive Officer. He is a subject matter expert in close air support and a graduate of the Marine Corps’ Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course. Eric has combat experience in Iraq, Bosnia, and Afghanistan.

Vice President - Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Gak” is a Vice President and Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 3,500 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-D. Scott served as Commanding Officer of VFA-94, Naval Amphibious Liaison Element Director for 5th Fleet, and a Carrier Air Wing Strike Operations Officer. In 2000, he was awarded the “Carrier Aviator of the Year Award” from the Commander Naval Air Pacific (CNAP) and the “Exceptional Pilot Award” from the Order of Daedalians. After leaving military service, Scott worked as a Business Architect for USAA, Airport Director for San Marcos Municipal, and Director of Aviation Planning for the Texas Department of Transportation. Scott has completed five combat deployments.

Chief of Staff - Senior Warfare Analyst
“Oscar” is a Vice President and Senior Warfare Analyst for TacAir. As an Electronic Counter Measures Officer (ECMO), he logged over 2,000 hours of operational and test experience in the EA-6B, F/A-18, F-16, and F-15. Andrew served as Operational Test Director for VX-9, Flight Test Director for the 413th Flight Test Squadron, a two-time instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC), and the Readiness/Training Officer for a carrier air wing. He is an electronic attack and unmanned aircraft systems subject matter expert who has served as project manager for numerous aircraft and weapon system improvement programs including foreign material exploitation. In 2003, Andrew was awarded the “Information Operations Individual Award” from the Association of Old Crows for his leadership as Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) Chief in the Combined Air Operations Center during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“Drama” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. Rip is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,500 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F-14D, F/A-18A-D and F/A-18E/F. Rip served as the Air-to-Air Mission Planning Subject Matter Expert for Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL) and is qualified as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller. Rip continues his affiliation with the U.S. Naval Reserve at Fighter Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC-12), where he currently serves as an adversary pilot. Rip has completed three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in the F-14D, F/A-18E and the F/A-18A+.
Ken
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Hock” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired Navy Captain who has nine years of operational and flight test experience in the FA-18A-F. As a test pilot Hock served as the lead carrier suitability pilot on the Super Hornet Integrated Test Team during the Engineering & Manufacturing Development flight phase. Ken served 12 years with NASA where he was the lead astronaut for X-38 development, Ascent/Entry CAPCOMs and Astronaut Support Personnel at the Kennedy Space Center. Hock served as Pilot of Discovery on STS-124 and Commander of Atlantis on STS-132; both Space Shuttle missions to assemble the International Space Station. Hock has over 2,500 hours in the T-38N. He was an instructor pilot in the Talon and a Research Pilot in the WB-57F. He has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MS in Aeronautical Engineering. His last Navy duty was as Chairman of the Aerospace Engineering Department and Senior Aviator at the US Naval Academy. Hock has 6,000+ hours of flight time in over 50 different aircraft types. He has combat time in Iraq, Bosnia and Afghanistan.

“Rucas” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor with over 2,400 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-F. He served as the Fighter Missions Subject Matter Expert and Advanced Readiness Program Director for Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic. In 2013, Luke was awarded the “Attack Aviator of the Year” award from Commander, Naval Air Forces Atlantic. Luke has completed four operational deployments and remains current in the Hornet via his affiliation with the U.S. Naval Reserve at Strike Fighter Squadron 204.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Tonto” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He accumulated over 3,300 hours of operational and instructional flight experience in the A-6E, F/A-18C, and F/A-18E/F aircraft. Tony served as Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific, Officer In Charge of the Super Hornet Fleet Transition Team, and Executive Officer of Naval Air Station Lemoore. Since leaving military service, Tony has been working as a contract instructor pilot in the F/A-18A-F simulators, teaching the next generation of combat aircrew. Tony completed five deployments, including the Operation Desert Storm combat cruise onboard USS Ranger.

F-5 Program Manager
“Fisher” is the F-5 Program Manager for TacAir. He has over 4,300 flight hours in 12 types of military aircraft, and completed eight operational deployments. Will served as the Commanding Officer of VMA-513, led them through a combat deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and flew numerous CAS and ISR missions over Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a former Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) AV-8B Instructor, F-5 adversary pilot, and Deputy Commander of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Will worked as an F-35 Instructor Pilot and forward deployed ISR pilot and sensor operator.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“Rat” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a former TOPGUN instructor who led 65 combat missions over Iraq and Afghanistan and has over 2,500 flight hours in the F-14 Tomcat, F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet, F-16 Viper and F-15 Eagle. While in the Persian Gulf, Chris flew 40 combat missions over Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and 25 combat missions over Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. He graduated from the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and stayed on as an Instructor pilot. While at TOPGUN, Chris was the Navy’s Subject Matter Expert for Air-to-Air Mission Planning and developed tactics to counter the latest emergent threats. After TOPGUN, he served as the Training Officer for VFA-151, responsible for the individual flight mission qualifications of all squadron pilots and overall squadron readiness reporting. In addition to his work at TacAir, Chris currently serves as a Florida National Guard pilot flying the F-15C Eagle in defense of our homeland.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“SOFD” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 3,000 flight hours (2,800 in the F/A-18A-G) and made two operational deployments to the Middle East and Asia. During his deployments, Luke flew numerous combat sorties and delivered smart weapons in a variety of roles from first-strike to close air support. He served as Training Officer for VFA-94 and then VAQ-129 during the introduction of the EA-18G Growler into the Navy. Luke is a TOPGUN graduate and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI). He separated from active duty in 2013, but Luke still serves his country flying EA-18Gs in the reserves with VAQ 129.
Matt
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Jams” is a Project Manager and Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 3,500 flight hours (2,500 as an F/A-18D/F Weapon System Officer) in 25 types of military aircraft, and completed five operational deployments. Matt served as Commanding Officer of VMFA(AW)-121, led them through a combat deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and flew numerous missions as a Forward Air Controller over Iraq. He is a USN Test Pilot School graduate and served as the F/A-18(A-D) Dept Head for VX-23, testing upgrades for the F/A-18D and F. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Matt worked for six years as a Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, leading teams on the Global Hawk and Triton unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) programs. He is a subject matter expert in close air support and UAS and a graduate of the Marine Corps’ Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course.

Senior Warfare Analyst
“Beads” is a Senior Warfare Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain who has over 2,500 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F-14 and F/A-18. Mike served as Commanding Officer of NSAWC-0194, Operational Test Director for VX-4, Operations Officer for VF-154, and an instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC). As a recognized Dynamic Strike (DS) expert, Mike was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom to lead numerous 3rd Fleet and USAF Research Lab exercises and tests. He has been a project manager for an extensive list of tactics development projects on behalf of NSAWC and NAVAIR. Most recently, Mike was the recognized subject matter expert on digitally-aided close air support (DACAS) for the Joint Staff and F/A-18 Program Office.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“TSU” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 3,500 flight hours (2,900 as an F/A‑18C/E Pilot) and completed seven deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and Southern Watch. Ryan served as Commanding Officer of VFA-25, completed a tour at Special Operations Command, and has expeditionary experience deploying with Marine Aircraft Group 12. He is a TOPGUN graduate and served as the Training Officer for Strike Fighter Weapon School Pacific. He is a subject matter expert in laser guided weapons, targeting pods and the Joint Standoff Weapon.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Flanders” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has amassed over 3,000 hours in Navy tactical jet aircraft. His extensive Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) instructional experience includes serving as the F/A-18A-D NATOPS Model Manager and the Officer-in-Charge of the VFA-122 Squadron Augment Unit (SAU). Adam also has seven years of experience as a Contract Simulator Instructor supporting F/A-18 training in Lemoore, CA. In addition to remaining NATOPS-qualified in the F/A-18A-F and E/A-18G, he also provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Maritime Air Operations community by routinely participating in 3rd Fleet Combined/Joint international exercises as a Naval Reservist. He currently flies as an instructor with the VAQ-129 SAU and will assume the duties of Executive Officer beginning December 2014. Adam has completed two combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

Director of Test and Evaluation
“Jeep” is TacAir’s Director of Test and Evaluation and Business Capture Manager. He has flown 30 types of aircraft ranging from gliders to the B-52 with over 5,100 flight total hours (over 2,000 each in the A-7 and F/A-18) and has completed six operational deployments. Jeff served as Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Lemoore, VX-9, VFA-151, and the Strike Fighter Weapons School, Pacific. He is a graduate of the Air Force Test Pilot School and has extensive experience in both Developmental and Operational Test including HARM, Harpoon, and Tomahawk Developmental Testing and F/A-18E/F OPEVAL. Jeff has an extensive background in aviation and ground safety and is TacAir’s Safety Officer and Operational Risk Manager.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“TIA” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 1,800 flight hours in the EA-6B and EA-18G aircraft. Josh earned combat experience in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM while assigned to Electronic Attack Squadron 142. He is a graduate of the Electronic Attack Weapons School (EAWS) and a qualified Prowler Tactics Instructor (PTI). Following his transition to the EA-18G, Josh spearheaded the creation of “HAVOC,” the new Airborne Electronic Attack Weapons School (AEAWS) in Fallon, NV. As a qualified Growler Tactics Instructor (GTI), he is one of the few “dual patch wearers” in his community. His last assignment on active duty was as the Training Officer at Electronic Attack Squadron 139. He continues to serve in the US Naval Reserve supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).

Tactical Systems Analyst
“PINC” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. She has over 3,300 flight hours including 1,800 as an F/A‑18A-F fleet pilot and instructor. Camille is a TOPGUN graduate and served as the Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic’s Air-to-Air Employment Subject Matter Expert. She has flown over 40 combat missions over Iraq and continues to fly with the U.S. Naval Reserves as a C-40A (B-737) pilot with VR-56 at NAS Oceana.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Fingers” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired U.S. Marine LtCol and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor who has over 3,000 hours of operational and instructor experience in the FA-18 A-D. Matt served as Training and Standardization billets in numerous squadrons and was the Commanding Officer of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 232. He also served as an Instructor at TOPGUN in Fallon, Nv. As an instructor at TOPGUN, Matt was the SME for Threat Aircraft and Strike Fighter Missions. In addition to his combat flight experience in Iraq, Matt also served as the 5th Marine Regimental Combat Team Air Officer in Iraq in 2003.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
"Clete" brings with him 29 years of US Navy experience, including F/A-18 Squadron and Air Wing command. F/A-18 aviation milestones include TOPGUN Fighter Weapons School Graduate, VF-45 Adversary instructor pilot, numerous combat deployments, over 4,000 total flight hours, including over 3,100 flight hours in the F/A-18 A-G and over 1,000 arrested landings. Additionally, He was the Navy Headquarter Division Director responsible for requirements development, capability gap analysis, prioritization, and multi-billion dollar resource management to achieve Navy’s strategic mission.
Ross
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
"Migs" started his career as an Artillery Officer and then transitioned to aviation flying out of land bases in the Western Pacific, Southern Europe, and Kuwait as well as off of aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean and Arabian Seas where he logged over 3100 hours in the FA-18 A-D and E/F. He flew in support of no-fly zones and combat operations to include NATO action in Bosnia-Herzegovinia, Operations Desert Fox and Southern Watch over Iraq, planned carrier operations for Operation Allied Force over Kosovo, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Between operational deployments, Migs trained new fighter pilots as an FA-18 instructor pilot and later furthered his education at the Naval War College and Air War College. Migs took command of a two-seat FA-18D squadron, the "Hawks", in 2002 and in 2003 deployed to Kuwait, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also commanded the Joint Fires Integration and Interoperability Team in 2006 and the Marine Aviation Training Support Group 23 in July 2010 where he flew and instructed in the FA-18A-D and the FA-18E/F Super Hornet.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“Ahab” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir.  He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,900 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-F, as well as the E/A-18G.  During his tour with the Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific (SFWSP), Jesse served a multitude of roles, to include serving as Strike Fighter Advanced Readiness Program (SFARP) Coordinator for Carrier Strike Fighter Wing Pacific (CSFWP), and was the tactical representative for the NAS Lemoore Joint Strike Fighter site team, which is responsible for addressing the logistical requirements and complexities involved with basing the JSF.  Additionally, Jesse was the F/A-18 Combat Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME).  Jesse has operationally flown all variants of the F/A-18, is a qualified Forward Air Controller Airborne [FAC(A)] and JTAC (Joint Terminal Air Controller), and has deployed in Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.  Jesse currently also serves in the Navy Reserves as an E/A-18G instructor pilot with VAQ-129.

International Business Development Representative
“Cos” is a Representative for Business Development for TacAir. He has over 28 years of experiences in the USAF as an F-16 Fighter Weapons School instructor with more that 10,000 flight hours in the F-16A-F, F-18A-D, and various civilian aircraft. His operational tours include combat operations in Desert Shield/Storm, Operations Southern and Northern Watch, Provide Comfort, Desert Strike/Fox, Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle. He has commanded at the flight, squadron, group and wing levels. He has most recently served as the senior military advisor to the Kuwait Air Force and the United Arab Emirates Air Force where he was also the USAF commander and F-16 Block 60 instructor pilot to their Weapons Center.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Zambo” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired Marine Corps Colonel and former Astronaut, Test Pilot, and Weapons and Tactics Instructor. He flew two Space Shuttle missions to the International Space Station, commanding STS-130. At NASA he headed the Astronaut Office Space Shuttle Branch, managed and was an Instructor Pilot in the NASA T-38N program, and flew the WB-57. He flew a variety of F-18 test fights to include controlled flight departure, weapons compatibility, and aircraft weapon system tests. He flew in Marine A-6 and F/A-18 squadrons, to include combat missions in Operation Desert Storm. He has flown over 5,000 hours in more than 30 different aircraft.

F-16 Instructor Pilot
"Nut" is currently overseas as a TacAir F-16 Instructor Pilot flying with the Omani Air Force.  Nut has over 2800 hours in the F-16 and is an F-16 Weapons School graduate and former Weapons School instructor.  After nearly 21 years in the Air Force and shortly after completing a squadron command tour, Nut retired in August of 2014 from Luke Air Force Base as a Deputy Operations Group commander.  He has over 800 hours of combat time from the following combat operations:  Southern Watch (Iraq), Allied Force (Kosovo/Yugoslavia), Iraqi Freedom, Odyssey Dawn (Libya) and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).  Nut is married to his wife, Jennifer, and have two sons and a daughter:  Anthony (24), Kristen (18) and Aaron (13).

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
"Beav" is a Senior Warfare Analyst for TacAir.  He has over 3,000 flight hours (2,500+ in the F/A-18A-G) and served on two carrier deployments to the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific. During his deployments, Beav flew numerous combat sorties providing close air support and smart weapon delivery in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Beat also has 5 years experience as a Contract Simulator Instructor for the EA-18G Growler on Whidbey Island. He separated from active duty in 2008, but Zach still serves his country flying EA-18Gs as the Commanding Officer of the reserve unit attached with VAQ-129.

"Gooch” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired U.S.Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 1800 hours as a Weapons System Officer in the F-15E, F-16, F-18, and F-14. He has also flown aboard the E-2C, E-3 AWACS, EA-6B, E-8 JSTARS, EP-3, and RC-135 Rivet Joint. Stacy is a two-time instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC), serving as Joint Programs Officer, Dynamic Targeting Training Manager, and unmanned aircraft systems subject matter expert. His non-flying experience includes tours in the Information Operations Division (A3I) at Air Combat Command and a tour with the Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) in the Republic of Korea. Stacy has a Master's in Management Information Systems and is a certified Project Management Professional.  He continues to share and expand his aviation knowledge through the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) and participation in local and state emergency management functions.

Senior Warfare Analyst
“Tank” is a Senior Warfare Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired Marine with over 2,500 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F-35B/C, F-16CJ and AV-8B. Tank is a graduate of MAWTS-1 and served numerous tours as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor. He was an operational F-16CJ exchange officer, Regimental Air Officer and initial cadre F-35B pilot. Tank is the first operational USMC pilot to fly the F-35C and most recently served as Executive Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO ONE. He is currently assigned to 5th generation fighter projects involving classified Naval Aviation Technical Information Products.
Bert
Senior Warfare Analyst
“Fred” is a Senior Warfare Analyst for TacAir. He is a strike lead with over 2500 flight hours of operational and instructional experience primarily in the F‑14A/B+, F/A-18F, T‑39G/N, and T-1A. Bert has expertise in A/A missiles, A/G ground ordnance, and EO/IR tactical reconnaissance.  He served as Operational Test Director for APG-79 AESA and F/A-18A-F SCS updates. As Assistant Air Officer on CVN 75, he managed over 16,500 safe aircraft launches and recoveries and trained the 600 Air Department sailors that make the most complex and dangerous evolutions look easy. Bert was later selected as Operational Test Coordinator for the Navy’s newest class of aircraft carriers, USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78) where he managed all aspects of the CVN 78, Advanced Arresting Gear, Joint Precision Aircraft Landing System, and Aviation Data Management and Control System operational test programs. Bert has completed four operational deployments and has over 180 combat hours in direct support of Operations Deny Flight, Southern Watch, Desert Fox, and Iraqi Freedom.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
"Jimi" is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir.  He is a retired Marine with operational and instructional tours in the AV-8B and developmental flight test experience in the F-35B/C aircraft.  Jimi has completed multiple at-sea deployments in the AV-8B and a ground deployment as Regimental Air Officer.  He is a graduate of the USN Test Pilot School  and executed all aspects of developmental flight test in support of the F-35 program both ashore and ship based.  He has flown over 2300 flight hours in 24 different aircraft.
Randy
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Abdul” brings with him 26 years of US Navy experience, including F/A-18F Super Hornet Squadron Command and Major Command of Navy’s F/A-18 Strike Fighter Wing, Atlantic consisting of over 350 aircraft and 17 squadrons.  His aviation milestones include TOPGUN Fighter Weapons School Graduate, Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) for Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic (SFWSL) with over 4,000 total flight hours of operational and instructional experience as a Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) and Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) in the F-14 and F/A-18F, including over and over 850 arrested landings.  Additionally, he is a qualified Strike Lead and Forward Air Control Airborne Instructor (FAC-AI).  He has completed 6 combat deployments over Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.  He also served as Naval Air Forces Atlantic Training and Readiness Assistant Chief Staff for over 230 operational squadrons on both the east and west coasts supporting  U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) and other commands by providing combat ready/sustainable Naval Air Forces that were trained and equipped in an environment which emphasized safety, interoperability and efficient resource management.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“Shotty” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. She is an F/A-18F Weapons System Officer (WSO) and TOPGUN Graduate. Jessie is a combat experienced WSO, Forward Air Controller (Airborne) (FAC(A)), and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC).  She was awarded the “Captain David McCampbell Memorial Award” for professionalism and excellence in Naval Aviation. She is a Close Air Support (CAS) and Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) subject matter expert (SME). Jessie received a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Nate
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Boxhead” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a TOPGUN graduate and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,200 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F-14A and F/A-18B/D/F. At Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific (SFWSP), Nathan developed and managed the Forward Air Controller (Airborne) program, served as a FAC(A) instructor, and was a subject matter expert (SME) in Close Air Support (CAS). Since leaving military service, Nathan has worked as a contract simulator instructor, training the next generation of F/A-18 aircrew. He has combat deployments in support of Operation Southern Watch and Operation Enduring Freedom, and has served with forward deployed naval forces in Japan.

Air Operations Logistics Manager
Sam is the Logistics Manager for Air Operations in Reno, NV.  Before leaving the military as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer, Sam served as Main Propulsion Aft and Weapons Officer, USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7); First Lieutenant Afloat, USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49); First Lieutenant, USS Bataan (LHD 5); Operations/Planning Officer, Mine Countermeasures Division 31 and Inshore Boat Unit 114.  Sam also served as an Engagement Officer and Tribal Affairs Expert with the Joint Special Operations Command.  Sam has completed nine combat deployments in support of OEF and OIF.  Post military Sam has been the Operations Manager at Mining Resources in Chisholm, MN, an Area Manager for Clinical Technology at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, CA, and most recently a Team Leader at Vail Resorts in Truckee, CA.

Tactical Systems Analyst
“CJ” is a Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir.  He is a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with 2,000 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F/A-18A-F.   Paul served as the Training and Standardization Officer for Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific (SFWSP).  In addition, he was the F/A-18 Within Visual Range (WVR) Employment subject matter expert.  CJ has completed three combat deployments; two in the F/A-18C and one in the F/A-18E.  He continues to fly the Rhino as an instructor pilot with the VFA-122 SAU.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Bubba” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a retired U.S. Marine LtCol and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor who has over 2500 hours of operational and instructor experience in the FA-18 A-D. Jack served in numerous training and standardization billets with multiple FA-18 squadrons throughout his career and was Commanding Officer of Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 225. He served as an instructor at TOPGUN where he was the Close Air Support, Armed Reconnaissance, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance SME. During Jack’s career he executed combat deployments in support of Operations Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
Pete
Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Felix” has 28 years’ experience with the US Navy in both Operations and Test & Evaluation (T&E). He has over 4,000 flight hours in 45 different aircraft, including 3,200 in the FA-18A-F. Pete served as Commanding Officer of VFA-15 and has extensive combat experience in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iraq. A graduate of USAF Test Pilot School, he led mission systems integration and the survivability assessment during the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development phase of the FA-18E/F Super Hornet. He also served as Military Deputy at the FA-18 Advanced Weapons Lab, where he initiated efforts to integrate the FA-18E/F into the Navy’s vision for Net Centric Warfare. Pete also has in-depth expertise in Modeling & Simulation, including the design and leading of the first Naval Integrated Fire Control – Counter Air (NIFC-CA) Wargame. He was the Technical Director for the Navy’s Operational Test Agency (COTF), where he oversaw the design, execution and reporting for operational tests across all Navy and many joint programs.

Project Manager
“Sable” is a Project Manager and Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. She is a combat experienced F/A-18 Pilot and Senior Operations Officer with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Melony has over 8 years experience as a Program Manager and Analyst supporting FA-18 A-G development and training systems, and the Navy Integrated Fire Control-Counter Air (NIFCA) interoperability implementation. She has planned large-scale virtual naval missions and joint integrated air and missile defense mission validation events including threat and kill chain analysis. Melony earned a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Systems Acquisition & Intermediate Systems Acquisition certification from the Defense Acquisition University.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Mato” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He has over 1,500 flight hours in the F/A-18A-D and F-35B and served on two deployments to Afghanistan and the Western Pacific. Mato flew numerous combat sorties and smart weapon deliveries while serving in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Mato was selected and served as an F-35 Instructor Pilot with Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron FIVE ZERO ONE. He is currently assigned to 5th generation fighter projects involving classified Naval Aviation Technical Information Products.
Zach
Instructor Pilot
"Potroast" is an Instructor Pilot for TacAir. He is an adversary instructor with over 2,000 hours and 14 years of experience in the Navy's F-5 program. Potroast was the Navy's F-5 Program Manager during the Jammer acquisition, which is a cornerstone of adversary program to this day. He has over 1,000 F-14B hours, and completed two combat tours, one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Additionally, he is a Forward Air Controller-Airborne and a Navy Fighter Weapons School Adversary program graduate. Potroast flies with Fighter Squadron Composite Thirteen (VFC-13) at Naval Air Station Fallon, NV.

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Meat” is a Senior Tactical Systems Analyst for TacAir. He is a TOPGUN graduate and Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor (SFTI) with over 1,600 hours of operational and instructional experience in the F-18A+/C and F-35B. Meat has completed multiple deployments in the F/A-18 to include Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was an initial cadre F-35B instructor pilot with Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron FIVE ZERO ONE. Most recently he was an F-35B operational test pilot with Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE. Meat is currently assigned to 5th generation fighter projects involving classified Naval Aviation Technical Information Products."

Senior Tactical Systems Analyst
“Gerbs” has over 26 years of US Navy experience, most recently as the senior qualified Naval Aviator in the F-35C where he was dual-hatted at Eglin AFB as the 33FW Vice Commander and Navy F-35C OIC.  He has commanded at both the F/A-18E squadron level and F/A-18A-F wing level as Commander, Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic.  His early career milestones include operational test and evaluation of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, ultimately forming the original cadre of Super Hornet instructors.  He has over 4000 total flight hours of operational and instructional experience to include 821 arrested landings.  Additionally, he is a qualified Carrier Air Wing Strike Lead and F/A-18F FAC(A).  His combat experience spans Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
